Hatha, Ashtanga and the Mysore-style are some of the yoga practices on offer at Nirvana. Dance enthusiasts can choose from multiple styles including hip-hop, house, Bollywood, street jazz and heels dance. Self-defence Passionate can learn multistyle like martial-arts, karate, taekwondo.  

In addition to workouts, Nirvana offers courses and classes in specialised fields such as meditation and healing, medical yoga, and pre-natal and post-natal yoga.
